Most people who sell to us have never hosted a garage sale in their life. They’ve just got a closet, a garage corner, or a few totes that have been sitting there since the last time they moved — and they’d rather have cash than keep walking past it.
That’s the whole service. You send pictures of clothes and shoes. We tell you what we’ll pay for the pieces we want. If you say yes, we drive out and hand you cash. There is no fee at any point, no listing anything, no shipping, no waiting on a payout, and no obligation to accept.
Who this is usually for
- A closet cleanout. You went through your things, made a pile, and the pile is now living in the hallway.
- Somebody’s old work clothes. Carhartt, Levi’s, Wrangler, Ariat, boots that have been through it. These are often the best things in the house.
- A relative’s belongings. Parents downsizing, a spouse’s things, a family member who passed. We handle this gently — see cleanouts.
- Leftovers from a sale that already happened. Whatever didn’t move on Saturday is usually worth showing us on Sunday.
- You’re moving. Especially on a PCS timeline out of MCAS Yuma or YPG. More on that here.
- You just don’t want to run a sale. Which, from June to September in Yuma, is a completely rational position.
How to take photos that actually get you an offer
You don’t need a nice camera or good lighting. You need us to be able to see what a thing is. Five minutes of effort here is usually the difference between a rough guess and a real number.
- Lay things out flat. A bed, a couch, the floor. Things piled in a tote photograph as a pile.
- Get the tag or label in one shot. The neck tag on a shirt, the patch on jeans, the stamp inside a boot. This is the single most useful photo you can send.
- Shoot groups, then close-ups. One wide photo so we can see the volume, then close-ups of anything that looks old, unusual, or has a name on it.
- Show the damage. Holes, stains, cracked leather — photograph them. It doesn’t necessarily kill the deal, and hiding it just means we redo the offer at your door.
- Don’t sort first. People throw out the exact stuff we’d pay the most for. Send it all and let us pick.
The most common mistake: deciding something is “too beat up to bother.” If it’s genuinely old, wear is the point. A thrashed 1970s tee is worth more than a spotless one from last year.
What happens after you send photos
Same-day look
We go through what you sent and figure out what we can actually pay for. Usually within a few hours.
A real number
Not a range, not “bring it by and we’ll see.” A dollar figure for a specific set of pieces, and honesty about what we’d leave.
We drive out
You pick a window. We look at the pieces in person, hand you cash, and load them. Ten minutes at the door.
Where we pick up
Free pickup, no minimum, anywhere in Yuma, Fortuna Foothills, Somerton, San Luis, Wellton, Tacna, and across the river in Winterhaven and Bard. If you’re a little further out, ask anyway — if there’s enough there, we’ll come.
